Villa Smrikve is a privately owned estate, situated on the outskirts of the city of Pula, in the old Roman Astinianum (Stinjan), surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. It is located mere 5 minutes from the beach, 10 minutes from Pula’s Roman Arena, about 15 minutes from Pula’s International Airport and only few kilometers from the World famous Brioni islands.
Villa Smrikve is also one of Pula’s finest private tennis facilities featuring three courts – top quality clay surface with lights, swimming pool, barbecue, children playground, table tennis, eco garden, parking area and beautiful garden. Smrikva Bowl is hosted every year in Smrikve.

Ulika – „Olive“
Ulika accommodation unit is ideal apartment for a big family or a group of friends. It is located on the top floor of Villa Smrikve and its particularity is that of being a mansard.
The furniture selected to equip this apartment is more modern if compared to Smrikva and Trs. ULIKA is fully equipped with modern equipments such as: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, wireless system for the internet and radio.
Ulika means olive in English and Istrian olive oil, the same as wine, was very famous during the Roman Empire. Olive oil is important also today and is considered among the best in the World.

Trs – „Vine“
Vine is ideal accommodation unit for a couple or a family with two children. It is located on the ground floor of Villa Smrikve and its position and marble floor make its temperature comfortable also during the summer period.
TRS is equipped with: air condition, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, satellite TV and WI-FI.
If you observe with attention the paintings you may note the difference between the living room and the sleeping room. On purpose in the living room is dominant Istrian land motif on paintings where the vine is grown while in the sleeping room are dominant paintings with sea motif. The sea characterizes the area from where the Istrian Malvazija was brought into Istria.
Trs means vine in English and Istrian wine was famous during the Roman Empire, Venetian Republic period and is famous also today. An excellent Malvazija is traditionally made by our family.

Armulin room, with SAT TV, WI-FI and air condition, is ideal unit for a couple or to be used in combination with any of our other accommodation units.
General booking terms and conditions:
- booking: considered confirmed after the 30% advance payment has been made, the rest is payed upon arrival.
- check in time: from 3:00 pm on the arrival day.
- check out time: till 10:00 am on the departure day.
- security deposit: 100 Euro - is paid upon arrival. In case there is no damage, deposit is returned on departure day. Eventual damages have to be paid directly to the owner.
- less than 3-day stay: the prices are increased by 30%.
- cleaning: 60 Euro
- guest cancellation policy: if the guest cancels, any money paid is not refunded
